Sustainability Meal Features Animal Advocacy Speaker

On August 16, about 24 people came to our monthly Sustainability Lunch, community plant-based potluck. We had several plant-based quiches made from tofu or Just Eggs (a vegan egg substitute), kale salads, hummus, pita, desserts, and special food from Rise Against Hunger prepared by Melissa Kirven. FPCPA will be part of the Zero Waste Palo Alto City-wide Yard Sale on Saturday, June 1, 8am-2pm This event will bring people to our church and highlight the fact that we are an Earth Care Congregation.
