Sustainability Meal Features Animal Advocacy Speaker

On August 16, about 24 people came to our monthly Sustainability Lunch, community plant-based potluck. We had several plant-based quiches made from tofu or Just Eggs (a vegan egg substitute), kale salads, hummus, pita, desserts, and special food from Rise Against Hunger prepared by Melissa Kirven.
