What is a Blessing of the Devices? On Sunday, January 5th bring your phones, laptops, or any tech, old or new to worship and have it blessed. It sounds silly, but our phones and computers have become so integral to our lives. We should be thoughtful and intentional about their use. Are they a tool for good or do we use them to check out from reality? Are we thoughtful about the kinds of content we consume through these devices? Can we become better people by using them? All these questions will be incorporated into the blessing! And remember a blessing is not asking God to bless something, but recognizing that everything belongs to God and being intentional about recognizing the blessing that is already there.
