Rent Our Facility

Conveniently located in Palo Alto’s Professorville neighborhood and steps away from downtown, the garden-like campus of First Presbyterian Church Palo Alto is a popular venue for events large and small. Rental of our facilities is available to non-profit organizations such as The Palo Alto Museum, New Millenium Chamber Orchestra, San Francisco Early Music Society, and San Francisco Opera Guild – Peninsula Chapter, as well as to smaller groups. Our Fellowship Hall accommodates up to 150 persons. Groups may also rent our Chapel, Lounge, or classrooms for smaller gatherings. Our beautiful Sanctuary, with its excellent acoustics, seats up to 250 persons and is available for weddings, concerts and other larger events.

Rental rates are available for individuals and groups with 501(c)(3) status for one- to four-hour periods, and vary depending on the size of the space required. To arrange a tour of our church campus, or for more information, please contact our Church Administrator at or (650) 325.5650.

The First Pres campus includes the historic Westminster House that faces Kingsley Avenue. As part of our mission, we rent out office and meeting space at below-market rates to non-profits such as Kara, which offers compassionate peer support and education to those coping with death and dying.  We also house The Learning Center preschool in some of our classrooms and provide meeting space for a number of Weekly Recovery Groups.
