Mikka Chinbaatar is a musician, performer, and educator. Before moving to the United States, she performed as a yatga (Mongolian harp) player with Mongolia’s Grand Theatre of National Arts, appearing in concerts across Europe and Asia. Today, she teaches piano and performs on both piano and the yatga, sharing Mongolia’s rich musical heritage. Mikka holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Mongolian State University of Arts and a Master of Music in Collaborative Piano from Southern Illinois University.
